Exploration into the Further Design of Nanjing Nanbuting Historical Conservation District

南捕厅街区作为历史文化名城南京的重要组成部分,至今仍保存着丰富的历史文化遗产和典型江南风格的传统民居,具有深厚的文化底蕴和传统特色,有一定的历史价值和开发潜力。在延续原规划设计总体思想的前提下,对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号地块进行深化设计,并针对各地块自身特点,从规划设计和建筑设计入手,以寻求体现中国传统居住文化、适合中国人居住的中式住区。

As an important part of Nanjing historical and cultural city,the block of Nanbuting has a profound cultural foundation and traditional features,which has preserved rich heritage in historical and traditional houses rich in south of the Yangtze′s typical style up to now.Therefore,it is of certain historical value and development potential.Under the premise of the continuation of former planning design,the further design focuses on No.Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ blocks.Aiming at different plots and its own characteristics,we put forward the plan layout design essentials and architectural design essentials to seek Chinese-style settlements,which embody Chinese traditional residential culture and is suitable for Chinese to live in.
