摘要
随着电站锅炉蒸汽参数提高和容量增大3,00 MW及以上容量的锅炉通常采用结构紧凑、重量较轻、布置灵活的回转式空预器,采用最多的是受热面转动的回转式空预器,该空预器主要问题是漏风。文章对空预器安装的步骤和注意要点进行了概括和总结。
Along with station boiler steam＇s parameter improving and capacity increasing,it commonly adopts compact structure,light weight,and flexible laying rotary air preheater especially for 300MW and over it boiler.The heating surface turning rotary air preheater is mostly adopted,and its main problem is air leakage.The paper makes conclusion on installation steps and key points of air preheater.
