摘要
文章通过对黄河公司发展历程的分析,总结黄河上游流域梯级滚动开发过程中水电建设、生产、经营方面的成绩和经验,提出从单一水电发展阶段,转变为以水电为核心,水火新能源发电并举,产业一体化协同发展的新阶段,公司经营管理中所面临的难点和问题,从而寻求和探索适应公司自身发展特点的新型管理模式。
The paper summarizes achievement and experience of the Yellow River upstream rolling cascade development during hydropower construction,operation and management through analyzing the developing progress of Huanghe Hydropower Corporation,and discusses problems from single hydropower developing phase to the new stage of adopting hydropower as the center,and advancing industrial integration development,thus makes discussion on the new management mode that adapts to the characteristic of the Corporation.
