摘要
采自食管癌高低发区(广东汕头地区)水样74份,用ICP-AES测定13种元素(Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Mo,Ni,Pb,Se,Sr,V,Zn)含量,并进行t检验和因子分析,建立因子对变量的回归方程,选取主因子F1,F2的得分值作图,高低发区的水样有明显分区,识别准确率达97%。
The content of 13 elements in 74 samples of drinking water collected from the districts of high and low incidence of esophageal cancer(Shantou,Guangdong)was determined by ICP-AES.By using t test and factor analysis,the regression equation of factor~variables was established.The graphic representation with the first and the second factor score showed that the sample points of high and low incidence of esophageal cancer were distributed in two different areas. The discriminatory rates are up to 97%.
