环磷腺苷治疗对心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽的影响

Effect of cAMP on Brain Natruretic Peptide in Patients with Heart Failure

目的通过检测环磷腺苷对心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平的影响,探索其治疗心衰的作用机制。方法将94例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为环磷腺苷组和对照组。两组均给予慢性心力衰竭的常规治疗,环磷腺苷组加用环磷腺苷注射液。检测两组患者治疗前及治疗14 d后左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆BNP水平并进行比较。结果治疗后两组患者LVEF值较治疗前增加、血浆BNP水平较治疗前降低(P<0.01)。环磷腺苷组血浆BNP浓度降低程度比对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论环磷腺苷可降低血浆BNP浓度,改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能。

Objective To study the effect of cyclic adenosine monophosphate（cAMP）on the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods Ninety-four patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All patients involved were under regular treatment to chronic congestive heart failure,and those in treatment groups were injected with cAMP additionally.The levels of LVEF and BNP before and 14 days after treatment were measured in two groups.Results After treatment the LVEF was increased and BNP levels decreased significantly in both treatment group and control group as compared with those before treatment（all P0.01）.The levels of BNP in treatment group were obviously lower than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion cAMP can improve the heart function of the patients with chronic heart failure via decreasing BNP levels.
