摘要
自动平衡可以有效的延长转子系统的运行周期。针对常规注液式自动平衡装置在工作一段时间后会由于腔内液体注满无法排出而失去平衡能力以及在首次注液时可能"错调"将导致振动增大的问题,提出一种可连续注排液式自动平衡系统并研究其关键技术。在转子运行过程中,控制系统根据预先测得的转子的影响系数,运用实时测得的振动信号直接计算消除振动所需要的平衡量,从而避免了首次注液振动量可能增大的问题,而不受控的排液可以保持平衡盘的平衡能力。在流量控制方面本论文创新性地提出了一种蠕动泵组流量控制系统,可以实现流量的精确控制。同时针对不同应用环境,将该平衡系统设计成具备注排液式和单注液式两种工作方式。通过在立式悬臂转子实验台上进行实验研究,结果表明,连续注排液式自动平衡装置能有效降低转子振动,并能在振动发生瞬时变化时快速反应。
Automatic balance of rotor is the key technology of long running of equipments,and a normal injecting balance device will lose balance ability as no liquid is drained in a chamber after some working cycles,and the vibration will increase dueto mis-tuning in the fist liquid injection.To improve the disadvantage of normal injecting balance device,a rotor automatic balance device with continuously injecting and draining liquid was developed.The balance device could change the mass distribution of a rotor with injecting liquid to the proper chamber,and it's balance capability was not reduced during draining.When this balance device was used in equipments it could fast respond to vibration varying and its balance ability was not reduced.A vibration self-recovery system was constructed using the device.The system could analyze the vibration signal in real time and balance the unbalance directly by injecting liquid,so the rotor vibration would drop in a short time interval.The balance device was installed on a high gravity machine which was a typical vertical cantilever rotor machine.The test showed that the device can decrease the vibration effectively,and respond to the phase shift in a short time,satisfy the safe long running of equipments.
