摘要
为提高潜艇的隐身性能,潜艇壳体表面常敷设声学覆盖层结构。声学覆盖层常设有各类空腔等特殊结构形式,在受到水下爆炸冲击波时,空腔很容易产生变形并吸收能量,对潜艇的抗冲击性能产生影响。采用复合板单元的等效方法,针对敷设声学覆盖层的潜艇的抗冲击性能进行研究,得到了声学覆盖层对潜艇破坏环境、冲击环境的影响规律。研究表明,声学覆盖层将增加艇体结构对冲击波能量的吸收,使潜艇的破坏环境变坏,并使潜艇典型部位的设计冲击谱增大,但随着声学覆盖层的敷设方式不同,典型部位的设计冲击谱变化也各不相同。
In order to improve stealthy capacity of a submarine,acoustic tiles are usually covered on hull surfaces of a submarine.Due to the special cavity structures in the acoustic covering layers,they will distort and absorb energy when encountering underwater explosive shock waves.They will greatly affect the submarine's anti-shock performance.The anti-shock performance of a submarine covered with acoustic layers was studied in details based on the composite element method.Influence of acoustic tiles on damage environment and impact environment of submarine was thus obtained.Study showed that the covering of acoustic tiles can help the submarine to absorb energy from underwater explosive shock waves,and worsen the damage and impact environment of the submarine.This study would provide a reference for corresponding studies.
