摘要 讨论了某军用越野车单气室油气弹簧的优化设计。首先建立油气弹簧的单缸数学模型,进而建立油气悬架系统1/2车辆模型的数学模型。然后根据越野车的特点,以车辆的平顺性和轮胎的接地性作为目标函数,以前、后油气弹簧的主要参数包括主活塞直径、阻尼孔水力直径、单向阀水力直径以及平衡位置时副气室和蓄能器内气体体积与压力作为设计变量,结合约束条件,建立了基于1/2车辆模型的油气弹簧优化设计数学模型,并应用粒子群算法进行了求解。结果分析表明,优化设计后的油气悬架系统的综合性能提高了37.33%。 The optimal design of a single chamber hydro-pneumatic spring used in a certain military off-road vehicle was studied.First,the mathematic model of the hydro-pneumatic spring was established,then,a half-car model for the hydro-pneumatic suspension system was set up.Based on the model,considering the characteristics of the off-road vehicle,the ride quality and road adhesion of the suspension system were chosen as the objective functions,the main parameters of the fore and rear hydro-pneumatic springs,such as,the volume and pressure of the auxiliary gas room and the accumulator at equilibrium position,the diameter of the main piston,the hydraulic diameter of the damping hole and the check valve were chosen as design variables.And with the constraint conditions,the mathematic model of the optimal design was achieved.Then,the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm was employed to solve this optimal design problem.The result showed that the comprehensive behaviors of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system increase by 37.33% after the optimization.
