AFP、TBA、GGT和ALT联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of AFP,TBA,GGT and ALT in Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

探讨血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)联合检测对原发性肝癌(PHC)的诊断价值。对67例PHC患者、42例肝硬化患者、93例乙型肝炎患者和71名健康人,进行AFP、TBA、GGT和ALT指标联合检测。结果显示,与对照组相比,PHC组、肝硬化组的AFP、TBA、GGT和ALT指标均有统计学差异(P<0.05),且其诊断阳性率也均有统计学差异(P<0.05),AFP、TBA、GGT和ALT四项指标联合检测,PHC组和肝硬化组阳性率最高,分别是94.0%和90.5%,说明AFP、TBA、GGT和ALT四项指标联合检测可提高PHC的诊断阳性率,提高对PHC的诊断水平。

To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of AFP,TBA,GGT and ALT in primary hepatocellular carcinoma（PHC）,the serum AFP,TBA,GGT and ALT levels in 67 PHC patients,42 liver cirrhosis patients,93 HBV patients and 71 healthy controls were detected.The results showed that the serum AFP,TBA,GGT and ALT levels in the PHC group and liver cirrhosis group had significant difference（P0.05） compared with the normal control group,and the positive rate of PHC group and liver cirrhosis group also showed significant difference（P0.05）.The PHC and liver cirrhosis group had the highest positive rate,94.03% for PHC group and 90.48% for liver cirrhosis group.The positive rate of PHC and diagnostic value of PHC can be improved by combined detection of AFP and TBA,GGT and ALT.
