癌症患者革兰阴性杆菌感染状态的流行病学模式的建立

摘要 对本地区癌症患者感染的革兰阴性杆菌进行包括感染的细菌种类、感染的脏器、不同癌症类型感染状态及耐药情况、耐药基因作流行病学调查分析,指导本地区癌症患者抗感染治疗。应用聚合酶链式反应对耐药菌株进行耐药基因分析;对临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌鉴定、分类。归纳出临床标本革兰阴性杆菌检出谱、血液肿瘤及实体肿瘤患者各类感染的优势菌检出谱、肠杆菌科及假单胞菌属耐药谱。系统地建立了本地区革兰阴性杆菌引起的肿瘤患者感染的菌群分布、抗生素耐药及耐药基因存在模式,为临床合理使用抗生素提供了理论和实验依据。 To survey the epidemiologic model of gram-negative aerobic bacteria in hospitalized cancer patients,to access the species of Gram-negative Aerobic Bacteria,the status of infection and the antimicrobial resistance patterns,to study the variations of drug resistance genes,and to instruct anti-infective treatment.Gram-negative bacteria from all clinical specimens were isolated,cultured and identified;PCR method was used to detect and analyze drug resistance gene in drug resistance strains.Spectrum of Gram-negative aerobic bacteria from hospitalized cancer patients,spectrum of superior strains from both patients with hematological malignancies(leukemia patients) and patients with solid tumors and antimicrobial resistance patterns of Enterobacteriaceae and pseudomonad were summarized.In addition,patterns of drug resistance gene were described.This study can direct intelligent use of antibiotics,and the patterns of drug resistance gene in this study provide variation of drug resistance gene in Bao Ding City with date basis.
