基于GIS的房地产空间决策支持系统的研究

Research on Spatial Decision Support System of Real Estate Based on GIS

地理信息系统(GIS)在房地产管理中的应用主要集中在房地产测绘管理等方面,缺少对数据进行进一步分析以及在此基础上的建模应用,从而不能为房地产管理中的许多决策问题提供有效的支持。本文对房地产空间决策支持系统进行了系统分析,研究了空间决策支持系统的体系结构及其相关技术。结合GIS的基本功能,建立精炼高效的分析决策模型,从而实现知识获取和分析决策的有机结合。在可视化的人机交互界面上为城市房地产建设提供决策依据,使房地产管理部门的决策更准确、更快速和更具科学性。

The functions of GIS in real estate application mainly focus on RE surveying and mapping system.Without the help of GIS,many decisions of RE management can not be made because of lacking related effective support.This paper tries to analyze the SDSS and study the structure of SDSS,as well as its related techniques： combine knowledge requiring with decision analyzing on the basis of functions of GIS and decision anlyzing models： make the decisions of RE management faster,more accurate and reasonable by working with visible man-manchine interaction system.
