摘要
文章利用商用Fluent软件,采用标准湍流模型和Simple算法,对PM180主力泡沫消防车车顶消防炮管道流动状态进行数值模拟分析,并针对研究结果提出优化设计方案,以减少管道流动损失,不仅降低了发动机的燃油消耗,而且节约了制造成本。另外,文章还对水罐消防车的泵炮工作参数进行了修正,使其更符合实际工况要求。
With the commercial software Fluent and standard turbulent model and Simple algorithm,this paper analyzes the flow state of the fire monitor on the roof of the PM180 main foam fire truck by numerical simulation technology.According to the research result,this paper represents an optimized design scheme to reduce the loss of pipe flow,which can reduce the fuel consumption of the engine and save the cost of manufacture.This paper also revise the working parameter of the fire-extinguishing water tanker 's pump to make it meet the requirement of actual work.
