吊装过程中钢筋笼的力学性能分析

摘要 大直径桩基础钢筋笼的直径、长度都在日益增大,所以吊装难度越来越大。文章运用力学原理建立了钢筋笼吊装的模型,采用数学方法推导了钢筋笼最大弯矩区域,并与实际吊装过程相对比。通过分析发现,在吊装过程中钢筋笼尾部附近容易弯曲失稳,与实际情况相一致,且钢筋笼弯扭屈曲的位置和吊装的初始速度相关,这对桩基础钢筋笼的的理论研究和工程实践有一定的借鉴意义。 Under hoisting condition,both the diameter and length of large diameter reinforcement cages is increasing and it's more and more difficult for hoisting.Mechanics principles were adopted to establish the collapse model of reinforcement cages.Moreover the mathematical methods were used to derive the area of reinforcement cages maximum bending moment.It was revealed that there was a phenomenon of stress concentration on the parts at the end of the cages,which were easy to be broken during the process of hoisting.This was identical to actual results.The broken place of reinforcement cages were mainly related to the velocity while hoisting.This paper had profound guiding significance on theoretical research and engineering practice of reinforcement cages under hoisting condition.
