技术产品具有稀缺性,其产权配置影响着技术产品的产生和利用状况。从萨缪尔森提出的私有产品的概念继续探究下去,可以发现技术产品与私有产品在基本特性上存在契合,技术产品私有的产权配置方式相对于技术产品公有更具有经济学上的优势。
