浅谈“一体两翼三保障”模式在石化销售企业培训体系中的应用

随着科学技术的发展和进步,企业对员工素质的要求越来越高,企业要想在现代社会中立于不败之地,必须重视对员工的培训。"一体两翼三保障"是指以站内培训体系为主体,以师资建设、课程开发为两翼,以制度建设、效果评估、自身建设为保障来开展教育培训工作。文章结合石化销售企业实际,讨论"一体两翼三保障"模式在员工培训体系中的应用,旨在探索企业改善员工素质,提高教育培训水平的有效途径。

With the development and progress of science and technology,enterprises have more and more high demand for the quality of staff,and a company must attach importance to staff training if it wants to be invincible in modern society.＂One body,two wings and three guarantee＂ is to carry out education and training that takes station training system as main body,takes teacher building and curriculum development as two wings and takes system construction,effect evaluation and self-construction as guarantee.Combined with the actual situation of petrochemical sales enterprises,this paper discusses the application of the ＂one body,two wings and three guarantee＂ mode in staff training system to explore the effective way of improving the quality of staff and raising the level of education and training in enterprises.
