摘要
文章以柴木地方铁路建设的二次经营为例,浅析二次经营的理念和方法。从施工承包合同入手,合理利用合同条款,充分利用外部环境进行二次经营,并营建良好的外部关系,创造良好的二次经营外部环境,为项目创造效益。
This paper takes the second operation of Caimu local railway construction as example,briefly discusses the philosophy and method of secondary operations.Firstly,starting from the construction contract,rational use of contract terms,make full use of the external environment to carry out the second operation;Besides this,building good external relationships,creating a good external environment for the second operation,and creats benefits for the project.
