摘要
引入招投标制度以来,招投标模式已逐步扩展到工程设计、工程监理、工程科研、工程管理等方面,而不是仅仅局限于在工程建设单项施工中运用,由此招投标书的编写工作也受到了更多的关注。文章就投标文件中存在的问题和撰写技巧进行了初步的探讨。
Since the bidding system has been incurred,bidding model has been gradually extended to project design,engineering supervise,engineering research,project management,etc.,not just confined to project construction,bidding documents compiling also received more attention.The problem and skill on documents compiling was preliminary discussed in the paper.
