摘要
设计了一种基于TMS320LF2812的无刷直流电机(BLDCM)数字控制系统。介绍了系统的工作原理及软硬件设计过程。采用霍尔传感器获取转子位置,利用PID算法实现高精度控制,可有效地产生脉宽调制(PWM)信号驱动逆变电路对BLDCM进行控制,并有较好的电流保护功能。试验结果表明,该系统具有较好的动态和静态特性,电机运行的可靠性高。
A digital brushless DC motor control system was designed based on TMS320LF2812A digital signal Processor(DSP).The system using the hall sensor was used to gain the rotor position.PID arithmetic was used to a-chieve the high precision,which effectively produced PWM signals to drive BLDCM with better electric current pro-tection function.The experiment result showed that the system had good dynamic and static characteristics in addition to its high credibility of the motor.
