摘要
永磁同步电机(PMSM)在运转之前,转子的位置是未知的,而在矢量控制中必须确定转子的位置才能进行有效控制。在使用绝对式旋转变压器的前提下,利用电机转子装有永磁磁极的特性,通过对电机定子绕组通入直流电,使转子固定在特殊位置,利用解码模块和数字信号处理器(DSP)得到的位置信号计算出转子位置。试验结果验证了该方法的正确性。
Before the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) works,the location of rotor was unknown,it was effective to control only when the location of rotor was ensured in vector transform control.At the premise of u-sing absolute resolver,by using the characteristics of rotor with permanent magnet pole,and applying a DC voltage to the motor stator windings,the method mentioned made the rotor at a particular location,then figures out the location of rotor using the location signals from decoding module and digital signal processor.The results of the experiment verified the accuracy of the method.
