摘要
在分析卷纸机间接张力控制原理的基础上,介绍了基于ACS800系列变频器的卷纸机间接张力控制的具体实现。实际运行结果表明,该间接张力控制系统达到了较为理想的控制效果,且运行稳定可靠。
On the basis of analyzing the principle for the indirect tension control of the pope reel,a practical u-sing based on this theory by ACS800 frequency convert was proposed.The application result indicated as follows： the system operation was reliable,accuracy was satisfied.
