文章结合地方实践,通过对传统城镇化与新型城镇化的比较分析,提出以发展权为核心的新型城镇化道路,是解决当前城镇化中诸多问题的正确选择和关键所在。

Considering local practices, we conduct comparative analysis on traditional urbanization and new urbanization, and propose that the new urbanization path with the core of development right should be the right choice and key to solve various problems in the process of urbanization at present.
