摘要
研究了不同胶原纤维用量下所得聚氨酯湿法成膜的性能,并用多媒体显微镜观察了其微孔结构。结果表明,随着胶原纤维用量的增大,聚氨酯湿法成膜的微孔孔径逐步增大,通透孔的数量增加,使聚氨酯湿法成膜的卫生性能逐步提高。同时,由于聚氨酯湿法成膜中微孔的孔径变大、孔壁变薄、通透孔的数量增加,使膜在结构上的连续性变差,导致力学性能逐渐降低。
The properties of wet-forming polyurethane film obtained by using the different amounts of collagen fibres were studied in this paper,and the microporous structure was observed by the multi-media microscope.The test results showed that with the increasing amount of collagen fibre,the aperture and the number of permeable micropore of wet-forming polyurethane films increased gradually,which resulted in the promotion of healthy properties.However,because of the aperture increasing,the number of the permeable micropore and the hole walls thinning down,which weakened the structure continuity of wet-forming polyurethane films caused the decrease in the mechanical properties.
