摘要
单元流程框处于生命周期下游,原材料种类繁多,使得涂料不能像其他建筑材料那样容易展开生命周期评价研究。本研究从涂料生产需要出发,以涂料原材料产品为核心,往上追溯建立了乳液单体生命周期模型、硫酸法二氧化钛生命周期模型、重钙生命周期模型,收集了单元过程的全国平均清单数据,通过我国开发的LCA软件计算从而得到涂料行业基础数据库,为涂料的LCA研究提供了最基础的数据支持。
Because of the production process in the downstream of life cycle model and a wide range of raw materials, the life cycle assessment for coatings is not as easy as other building materials. Starting from the needs for paint production, life cycle models of emulsion monomer, titanium dioxide and ground calcium carbonate were established. National averages inventory data of the unit processes were collected and the paint industry basic database was completed by calculations with LCA software developed in China, to provide a basic data support for LCA research of coatings.
