摘要
主缆是悬索桥最重要的受力构件之一,且是不可更换构件,被称为悬索桥的"生命线";主缆长期暴露在大气环境中,经受着各种不利环境的侵蚀,导致主缆钢丝易产生锈蚀。为了解决悬索桥主缆的腐蚀问题,对主缆的防腐涂装体系进行了探讨,简述了悬索桥主缆腐蚀防护机理,以及国内外悬索桥主缆防腐涂装体系的研究现状及进展,分析了悬索桥主缆防腐涂装体系存在的问题。传统的主缆防护方法只能减缓主缆腐蚀,而主缆除湿防腐系统能较好地阻止主缆腐蚀。悬索桥主缆防腐应采用防腐涂装体系和主缆除湿系统相结合的方式。
The main cable, one of the most important structure of suspension bridge, is unchangeable, so is called "life blood" of suspension bridge. The main cable is exposed in atmosphere and weathered by all kinds of adverse environmental conditions, leading to rust. To solve corrosion problem of suspension bridge cables, painting system of suspension bridge was discussed. Corrosion protection mechanism for suspension bridge cables was described briefly. Research status and progress in painting system for main cables of do- mestic and foreign suspension bridge was reviewed in detail. Existing problems of corrosion protection paint- ing system was analyzed. The conventional protection methods for main cables can only slow down the corro- sion process, but dehumidification plus corrosion protection system for main cable can completely prevent corrosion of the main cables. The painting system of combining dehumidification and corrosion protection for suspension bridge cables should be used.
