摘要
随着塑料装饰镀膜技术和塑料代金属制品的不断发展,真空镀膜技术得到了广泛的应用。文章综述了真空镀膜涂料的组成、作用、基本性能,总结了不同种类传统溶剂型真空镀膜涂料(如环氧树脂型、聚氨酯树脂型、丙烯酸树脂型等涂料)的研究与应用,重点讨论了紫外光固化真空镀膜涂料(如聚氨酯丙烯酸酯型、环氧丙烯酸酯型光固化涂料)的发展状况和研究进展,以及真空镀膜涂料的发展前景与趋势。
With the development of vacuum metalizing plastic and replacement of metal by plastic products, vacuum coating technology has been widely used and in - depth developed. The composition, functions and basic performances of coatings for vacuum plating were reviewed. The investigations and application of different kinds of traditional solvent - based coatings for vacuum plating were introduced such as epoxy, PU and acryhc coatings, focusing on the development and research progress of UV - curable coatings for vacuum plating such as PU lacrylic and epoxy lacrylic UV coatings, the future trends and the prospects of vacuum plating coating were also discussed.
