摘要
在对早期人力资本思想及现代人力资本理论评析的基础上，结合卢卡斯和罗默对人力资本理论的新拓展，提出了人力资本理论及其新拓展对我国经济发展的３ 点启示，即运用人力资本理论指导和调整我国的资源战略政策、人口和教育政策以及加快经济增长方式的转变。
Early human capital and modern human capital theory are analyzed and evaluated.Combining the latest development,the paper draws the conclusion for economic development in China in 3 aspects,e.g.Human capital theory direct and adjust strategy and policy of resources,direct and adjust the policy of populations and education,and speed the changing of economic growth way.
