采用系统分析和综合评价的方法，对陕西省自然资源的特点与优势进行了审视，并对其社会、经济、环境条件在综合评价的基础上进行了再认识。

The characteristics and advantages of the natural resources of Shaanxi Province were re deliberated by means of systematic analysis and integrated evaluation.Based on those,the society,economy and environment conditions of Shaanxi were reconsidered so that some scientific basis and background information can be provided for new structure adjustment of agriculture and rural economy,and some appropriate countermeasures and suggestions were also made.
