玉米温敏型雄性不育性的生态学研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过不同生态区的种植观察研究,进一步明确了琼6Qms的育性基因表达,无论在高温条件下,还是在低温条件下,光照长度对其没有影响,起主要作用的决定因子是温度,该材料是温敏型的雄性不育,育性转换的临界温度为25±1℃。研究结果表明:海拔1500m以上或40~43°N的春玉米区和18-23℃N的冬玉米区,均可作为该不育系的原种繁殖基地;以其为母本进行优良组合制种时,则必须在海拔500m以上,40~18°N的夏玉米区。 The expression of genie fertility of Qiong 6 Qms was clearly defined through the observations from different ecological areas. It is not affected by light length, whether under high temperature condition or under low temperature condition. The decisive factor making an important role is temperature Qiong 6 Qms which is a material of thermo - senstitive male sterility. The critical temperature for fertility transformation is 25 × 1 ℃ . The results of the study showed that the spring - corn area located on an elevation of above 1500m or in latitude between 40 - 43°N, and the winter - corn area located between 18 - 23°N would be used for sterile original seed propagation. Using material as maternal form for seed production. it must be conducted in the summer - corn area located an elevation of lower than 500m or in latitude between 40 - 18°N.
