摘要
茉莉酸类(JAs)是一类新型植物激素,在植物中广泛存在。JAs是重要的信号传递物质,在对环境各种胁迫的反应中可调节植物防卫基因的表达,还可刺激多种次生代谢产物的合成,而且与植物的多种形态建成有关。冠毒素是假单胞菌产生的一种致病毒素,已证实它是JAs的环戊烷结构类似物,可在多方面模拟JA的功能。JA和冠毒素是否对植物抗逆境胁迫中的水分胁迫有诱导作用,试验结果表明,JA和冠毒素都可明显提高高粱幼苗的抗水分胁迫作用;50μmol/L和100μmol/L的JA诱导效果较好,4.4μmol/L冠毒素诱导的效果最好。
Jasmonates (jasmonic acid and related compounds, JAs) are one kind of new plant hormone type which are distributed throughout higher plants. JAs are significant components of the signalling pathway that regulate the expression of plant defense genes in response to various environmental stresses. It can stimulate the synthesis of some second metabolic products. JAs also are involved in various morphogenic events of plant. Coronatine is a phytotoxin produced by several pathovars of the plant pathogenic Pseu-domonas. It has been demonstrated that coronatine is the cyclopentane analog of JA, can mimic the functions of JA on some aspects. It is worthy of researching if JA and coronatine can increase the resistance of plants to water stress. The paper reported the research results about this problem. The experiments obviously indicate that J A and coronatine can enhance the resistance of Indian millet seedling to water stress, The inducing activities of 50mol/L JA and 100mol/L JA are higher, but the inducing activity of 4.4mol/ L coronatine is the highest.
