摘要
针对风机驱动电机设计的要求,讨论了风机用单相无刷直流电动机的转子结构和电枢冲片的设计,确定了设计方案;利用电磁场仿真分析软件M agNet,对设计方案进行了磁场、反电势、空载转速和负载转速的仿真分析;最后通过试验验证设计结果的合理性和有效性。
Based on the requirements of motor for fans,the electromagnetic design of single-phase permanent magnet brushless DC motor used to drive a fan and to determine the design scheme was discussed.Then,the magnetic field,EMF,unloaded speed and load speed of the design scheme was analyzed by using the software MagNet.Finally,the experiments validate the above analysis and show that the design scheme is feasible.
