摘要
空心电机是一种特殊的同步发电机,它利用磁通压缩的原理,减小电枢电感,从而使电机在脉冲工作的条件下,瞬时输出功率和短路电流达到最大。该电机绕组采用同心式无槽结构,粘贴在定转子上,计算电感时通过简化可将绕组等效为一个个矩形。采用解析的方法推导出平行矩形和相互垂直矩形之间的互感,再利用叠加的方法计算出绕组的电感。最后利用有限元软件Ansys进行仿真计算,比较计算结果。
Air-core machine is a special synchronous generator,which uses the principle of magnetic flux compression to reduce the inductance of armature,so that the instantaneous power output and short-circuit current can get the maximum under the condition of electrical pulse working.The winding pasted in the rotor adopted concentric non-trough structure,and the inductance was calculated through the simplification,making the winding equivalent to many rectangles.In the paper,analytical method was used to derive mutual inductance between parallel rectangles and the vertical rectangles and then the method was emploved to calculate the whole winding inductors.Finally,finite element simulation was carried out using the software Ansys,and the results were compared.
