六价铬对作业工人生殖功能影响的调查 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨六价铬对作业工人的生殖毒性。方法:采用职业流行病学方法,对电镀和皮革行业中六价铬作业81名工人生殖功能进行了调查。结果:作业环境铬浓度平均为0.0135(0.001~0.086)mg/m3;女工月经异常发生率明显增高,以痛经和月经周期异常为主,自然流产率和死产率均高于对照组;男工精浆铬含量高于血液5倍,精子数量减少,精子存活率下降,精浆锌含量明显下降,精浆LDH和LDHx活性及其比率也显著降低。结论:六价铬对男、女作业工人的生殖功能均可产生不良影响,同时也危及胚胎发育。 Objective:To determine the reproductive toxicity of hexavalent chromium on occupational exposed workers.Methods:The 81 cases of hexavalent chromium exposing workers were investigated using occupational epidemiology.Results:The results showed that the concentration of hexavalent chromium in working environment was 0.0135(0.001-0.086)mg/m3,and the female menstruation abnormal rate and pregnancy abnormal rate in the exposure group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The concentration of hexavalent chromium in male seminal plasma was 5 folds higher than that in serum,and the spermatozoa quantity,spermatozoa livability,zinc content in seminal plasma,sperm LDHx,LDH and LDHx/LDH ratio in exposure group were markedly lower than those in control group.Conclusion:Hexavalent chromium has a harmful effect on reproductive function in both male and female workers exposed to hexavalent chromium.
