抗抑郁药的用药分析

Utilization analysis of antidepressant drugs in our hospital

目的:了解我院抗抑郁药应用情况和发展趋势。方法:对我院抗抑郁药用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果:新型抗抑郁药疗效确切,不良反应较少,广泛应用于临床。三环类抗抑郁药(TCAs)类因其日均费用低仍占有一定的地位。结论:开发疗效肯定、价格适中、不良反应小、服用方便的抗抑郁新药将有较广阔的发展前景,临床医师、药师应加强用药监测,促进合理用药。

Objective：To probe into the utilization status and developmental tendency of antidepressant drugs in our hospital.Methods：The antidepressant drugs used in our hospital during the period 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum and DDDs.Results：The new antidepressant drugs had approved efficacy and less ADRs,which were widely used in clinic.Tricyclic antidepressants （TCAs） still occupied a certain place for its low average daily cost.Conclusion：Developing new antidepressant drugs with definite effect,moderate cost,less adverse reactions and conveniently administrating is promising. Clinicians and pharmacists should strengthen medication monitoring to promote rational drug administration.
