腔镜下尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄24例临床疗效观察

Clinical study of endoscopic urethrotomy for treating urethral stricture in 24 cases

目的:探讨腔镜下尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄的方法与疗效。方法:将腔镜下尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄24例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:24例手术均顺利完成,19例在尿道内切开同时用电刀切除过多的瘢痕组织。术后79%的患者排尿通畅,最大尿流率均大于15 ml/s,而疗效不佳均为尿道狭窄段较长者,改用开放手术后治愈。结论:尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄疗效满意。

Objective ：To evaluate the method and efficacy of endoscopic urethrotomy for treating urethral stricture.Methods：The clinical data in 24 cases of urethral stricture treated by endoscopic urethrotomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results ：The operation in 24 cases was successfully completed. During urethrotomy by electric knife,the excessive scar tissues were removed in 19 cases.After operation ,79% of cases had smooth voiding with the maximum urine flow rate of more than 15mL/s.Whereas ,those in poor efficacy had longer section of urethral stricture and were cured by converting to open operation.Conclusion：Endoscopic urethrotomy has satisfactory efficcacy for treating urethral stricture.
