PTCD治疗老年恶性梗阻性黄疸的护理

Nursing method of malignant obstructive jaundice treated with percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage

目的:探讨经皮肝穿胆管引流术(PTCD)治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的护理方法。方法:对50例接受PTCD治疗的老年患者实施术前、术后的密切观察并及时处理并发症。结果:46例患者黄疸明显减退,腹胀缓解,肝功能改善,食欲提高;4例患者黄疸减退较慢。结论:PTCD是治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸姑息性治疗的有效方法,具有创伤小、安全等优点,通过严密观察病情,加强基础护理,可减少并发症的发生,延长患者生存期,提高生活质量。

Objective：To explore the nursing method of malignant obstructive jaundice treated with percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage（PTCD）.Methods：50 elderly patients treated with PTCD were given preoperative and postoperative close observation,complications were dealt with timely.Results：Among 50 cases,jaundice was significantly diminished,abdominal distension relieved,liver function improved and appetite increased in 46 cases.Jaundice was slowly diminished in 4 cases.Conclusion：PTCD is an effective method of palliatively treating malignant obstructive jaundice and its benefits include small trauma,security and so on.Complications could be decreased,life span could be prolonged and quality of life could be improved by observing patient＇s condition closely and enhancing basic nursing.
