脊柱侧凸非融合技术的研究进展

摘要 特发性脊柱侧凸临床较为常见,其发病原因不明,又可分为3类:3岁前发病的为婴幼儿脊柱侧凸;4~8岁发病的为儿童脊柱侧凸;10岁至生长期结束时发病的为青少年脊柱侧凸。特发性脊柱测凸的治疗主要有观察、支具矫形、手术治疗3种方法。对年龄较小的早期脊柱侧凸患者的治疗一直是一个棘手的难题,对于这部份患者,不仅需要有效的矫正脊柱畸形,还需要保持脊柱的生长能力。
