Raising prescription quality to promote reasonable drug use

目的:提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2010年4月执行《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》后的门诊处方11 934张,对不合理处方进行分析点评。结果:我院门诊不合理处方主要表现在不规范处方、用药不适宜处方。结论:只有药师与临床医师一起参与到处方点评工作中来,优势互补,才能共同保证临床的合理用药。

Objective：To raise the prescription quality for promoting the reasonable drug use. Methods： 11 934 outpatient prescriptions were randomly extracted in our hospital after the implementation of Hospital Prescription Comment Management Norm （on triM） in April 2010. The irrational prescription were analyzed and commented. Results ：The unreasonable prescriptions of outpatient service in our hospital were mainly expressed in aspects of unstandard prescriptions and inaptitude drug use.Conclusion：Only the pharmacists,together with clinical doctors,participate the work of prescription comment and make their respective advantages complementary to each other, clinical rational drug use can be commonly guaranteed.
