温针治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效观察

Warm Acupuncture in the Treatment of Spastic Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:观察温针治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组应用温针治疗,对照组应用电针治疗。两组患者分别于治疗前后采用Ashworth量表评定肢体痉挛状态,采用Fugl-Meyer评分法和Barthel指数评定肢体运动功能水平、日常生活能力。结果:治疗后治疗组患者Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分均优于对照组患者,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:温针治疗可有效的缓解中风偏瘫的痉挛状态。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on spastic hemiplegia after stoke. Methods：Sixty patients of limb spastic hemiplegia after stoke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received warm acupuncture, and the control group received electro acupuncture. Ashworth rating scale, Fugl - Meyer and Barthel index were accessed before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group in the Ashworth rating scale, Fugl - Meyer and Barthel index. There was a significant difference in the two groups（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conelusion：Warm acupuncture can ease spastic hemiplegia after stroke effectively.
