摘要
实验考察了胜坨油田污水的pH值、矿化度、机械杂质以及油含量等因素对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)凝胶堵剂成胶的影响:得到了最佳成胶条件。当污水pH值为5—7,Ca^2+浓度为2000—3000mg/L,Mg^2+浓度为2500~4000mg/L,Na^+浓度为10000~30000mg/L时,PAM堵剂的成胶效果最好。污水中机械杂质含量变化对PAM堵剂成胶影响显著,但油含量变化对成胶影响较小。
The influences of pH value, salinity, and mechanical impurity content and oil content of the produced wastewater in Shengtuo oilfield on the gel forming of polyacrylamide (PAM) profiling agent were investigated by experiments and the optimum conditions of the gel forming were obtained. PAM profiling agent has the best gelling effect when pH value is 5 -7, concentrations of Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , and Na ^+ were 2 000 - 3 000, 2 500 -4 000, 10 000 -30 000 mg/L separately in the produced wastewater. The influence of the change of the mechanical impurity content in wastewater on gelling is significant, but the gelling was less affeeted with the change of the oil content.
