光催化剂纳米TiO_2制备条件对聚丙烯酰胺降解率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以无机钛盐Ti(SO4)2为原料,采用液相沉淀法制备纳米TiO2。以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)降解率为考察目标,考察Ti4+浓度、pH值、表面活性剂(DBS)用量及煅烧温度对TiO2性能的影响。结果表明,Ti4+浓度为0.2 mol/L,pH=2,m(DBS)∶m(Ti4+)=1∶10,煅烧温度为600℃时,PAM降解率达84.37%。 Ti( SO4 )2 as an inorganic titanium salt, was used as the material to prepare nano -TiO2 by liquid phase precipitation method. The degradation rate of polyacrylamide (PAM) was investigated, and the effects of Ti^4+ concentration, pH value, dosage of surfactant (DBS) and calcination temperature on the performances of TiO2 were studied. The results have shown that the degradation rate of PAM can reach 84.37% when Ti^4+ concentration is 0.2 mol/L, pH value is 2, and mass ratio of DBS to Ti^4+ is 1:10.
