摘要
本文列举了4个名称相近,但却是完全不同的4种皮肤病,并根据《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》(ICD-10第二版)给予适当编码。提示编码员在工作中应正确认识每一个疾病,认真分析病案资料,以提高编码的准确性。
4 similar names of skin disease but with entirely different causes have been analysed in the paper,and properly coded by ICD-10,which suggests that the coders should recognize each single disease correctly,and analyse the medical record seriously in order to improve the coding accuracy.
