2004年-2009年某院住院病人死亡原因分析

Analysis on the Cause of Death of Inpatients from 2004 to 2009

目的了解住院病人病死率以及死亡病例的年龄、性别及死亡原因,为疾病预防治疗提供科学依据。方法对1662例死亡病人性别、年龄、疾病种类进行统计分析。结果住院病死率为0.83%。男性明显多于女性。60岁以上年龄组最多。恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、损伤与中毒分列前三位。结论提高医疗技术水平、普及群众的预防保健知识、大力开展健康体检及安全教育是降低病死率的主要措施。

Objective To understand the mortality,age at death,sex and the cause of death of inpatients,provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and treatment.Methods Analyse sex,age and types of diseases of 1662 death patients.Results Mortality is 0.83%,and male was significantly more than female.Age group of over 60 is the most one.Cancer,circulatory system diseases,injury and poisoning are the top three ranked.Conclusion Raise the level of medical technology,popularize people＇s knowledge of preventive health care,and carry out healthy and safety education vigorously are the key measures to reduce mortality.
