摘要
目的分析社会因素剖宫产的原因,并提出有效的对策。方法对2006年1月-2009年12月本院住院分娩病例进行回顾性总结,并对918例因社会因素剖宫产的原因进行分析。结果社会因素剖宫产占总剖宫产率的7.26%-15.72%,且社会因素剖宫产上升是引起剖宫产率上升的主要原因。结论社会因素剖宫产上升是不合理的,解决这一问题必须从孕妇、家庭、社会和医院四方面共同努力。
Objective To analyse the reasons of cesarean section cases due to social factors and propose effective countermeasures.Methods The inpatient delivery cases from January 2006 to December 2009 and 918 cesarean section cases due to social factors were retrospectively analyzed.Results The percentage of cesarean section cases due to social factors is 7.26% to 15.72%.The rise of cesarean section rate was mainly due to social factors.Conclusion The rise of cesarean section cases due to social factors is unreasonable.The pregnant women,families,society and hospitals should make joint efforts in solving this problem.
