摘要 提出了基于动态拓扑分析的配电网馈线故障区段定位系统。系统由馈线终端单元FTU、通用无线分组业务GPRS通信网络及主站构成。主站与FTU间的GPRS通信采用标准负控规约。FTU以32位ARM7芯片为CPU,硬件分为系统和接口2部分。FTU的软件基于μc/os-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统设计为多任务、多缓冲区的结构,采用相电流突变量算法实现对短路故障的判断。主站的故障区段定位软件在基本故障区段定位矩阵算法基础上,考虑GPRS通信延时的随机性、联络开关状态及通道异常等工程实际情况,采用网络动态拓扑分析方法实现了故障区段定位的改进矩阵算法。运行表明,该设计系统简洁、实用、运行稳定。 Feeder fault section location system in distribution network based on dynamic topology analysis is proposed.The system consists of FTU,GPRS communication network and the main station.The standard power load management system data transmission protocaol is adopted in GPRS communication between the main station and the FTU.The FTU applies a 32-bit ARM7 ship as the CPU and its hardware is divided into system part and peripheral part.Based on the μc/os-Ⅱ embedded operation system,the FTU software is designed into a multi-tasking and multi-buffer structure,which uses mutation in the volume of phase current algorithm to realize the judgment of the fault of short-circuit.Based on the fundamental fault section location matrix algorithm,the fault section location software in the main station takes into account the actual situation in the project such as randomness of GPRS communication delay,the status of tie switch and abnormity of communication channel,and uses dynamic network topology analysis to achieve the improved matrix algorithm for fault section location.The on site running proves that the designed system is concise,practical and running steadily.
