白豆蔻汤和丁香汤对顺铂所致水貂呕吐模型的治疗作用

The anti-emetic effect of cardamon and clove on cisplatin-induced vomiting in minks

目的利用新型水貂呕吐模型研究白豆蔻汤和丁香汤对顺铂所致水貂呕吐模型的治疗作用。方法雄性水貂30只随机分成5组:正常对照组、模型组、昂丹司琼组、白豆蔻组和丁香组,各组分别给予生理盐水、生理盐水、昂丹司琼、白豆蔻汤和丁香汤处理2天,第2天给予腹腔注射顺铂,观察顺铂注射后6小时内水貂呕吐潜伏期和干呕、呕吐次数。结果白豆蔻组和丁香组水貂的呕吐潜伏期均显著长于模型组(P值均<0.01),干呕和呕吐次数均显著小于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05);白豆蔻组水貂呕吐潜伏期及呕吐次数与昂丹司琼组相比无显著性差异(P值均>0.05),干呕次数多于昂丹司琼组(P<0.05);丁香组水貂呕吐潜伏期与昂丹司琼组无显著性差异(P>0.05),干呕和呕吐次数均显著多于昂丹司琼组(P值均<0.01)。结论白豆蔻汤和丁香汤均可延迟顺铂所致的水貂呕吐,白豆蔻汤具有良好的止吐效果。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of cardamon and clove on cisplatin-induced vomiting in minks.Methods： Male minks were divided into 5 groups： the blank control,the model control,ondansetron,cardamon,and clove groups.The minks in every group were administrated saline,saline,ondansetron,cardamon soup and clove soup respectively for 2 days,once a day and cisplatin were injected in the second day.The latency and the times of retching and vomiting episodes were recorded in the following 6 hours.Results： Compared to the model control group,the latency of cardamon and clove groups were longer significantly（all P〈0.01）,the times of retching and vomiting episodes decreased significantly（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Compared to ondansetron group,the times of retching episodes of cardamon group increased significantly（P〈0.05）,the times of retching and vomiting episodes increased significantly（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Cardamon and clove can delay the episode of cisplatin-induced retching and vomiting in minks,and the cardamon possesses better anti-emetic effect.
