摘要
目的研究黄芩颗粒饮片制备工艺条件,筛选最适颗粒粒度和制备方法。方法通过正交实验以浸出物得率和黄芩苷的含量作为评价指标,对提取效率影响因素和干燥灭菌方法对成分影响进行考察。结果提取次数对浸出物的得率影响显著,颗粒粒度对提取物中黄芩苷含量影响非常显著。干燥灭菌时粒度对黄芩苷含量有显著影响。结论制备黄芩颗粒饮片的粒度应以粗粉为宜。
Objective: To discuss the effects of different processing procedure on crude granules of Radix Scutellariae,and choose the most suitable granularity and processing conditions.Methods: Orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the processing methods.The evaluation index was the content of extractum and baicalin.Results: the extracting frequency had significant effects on the yield of extractum,and granularity had very significant effects on the content of baicalin.During drying and sterilizing,granularity also had effects on the content of baicalin.Conclusion: Coarse powder is suitable for processing crude granules of Radix Scutellariae.
