Shot ProⅡ型爆炸机电源系统分析

Analysis on the power supply system of Shot Pro Ⅱ blaster

本文根据Shot ProⅡ型爆炸机的电路图绘制了电源系统框图,从总体上阐明了电源系统各部分的供电方向和控制关系。文中对各电源电路的工作原理、采用的开关电源芯片以及常见故障的排除技巧进行了介绍,对不同电源所驱动的电路进行了归纳。在模拟电路电源部分,对恒流源电路测试电雷管以及井口检波器阻值的原理进行了讨论。

According to the Shot Pro Ⅱ circuit schematic,the author draws out the power supply system diagram,which illustrates the power delivering direction and the controlling relationships among each part.This paper introduces the working principle,troubleshooting skills and DC-DC ICs adopted of each power supply circuit,and sums up circuits driven by different power supply.In analog circuit power supply part,the principle of the resistance measurement to uphole geophone and detonator whit the constant current source is also discussed.
