北京地区动物及蜱中新型布尼亚病毒携带状况的初步调查与分析 被引量:28

Preliminary investigation on the carriage status of the novel bunyavirus among animals and ticks in Beijing area

摘要 目的调查北京地区鼠类、犬类以及蜱中携带新型布尼亚病毒的情况,探讨新型布尼亚病毒在自然界中可能存在的动物宿主及传播媒介,分析北京地区存在新型布尼亚病毒自然疫源地的可能性,以及该病毒的传播风险,为北京地区发热伴血小板减少综合征的防治提供背景数据及碉论依据。方法利用实时荧光RT—PCR方法检测2010年北京地区五个郊区县鼠类及犬类血清以及蜱中新型布尼亚病毒的核酸,调查其病毒携带情况。结果所检测100份动物血清,其中犬类19份,鼠类81份样本以及97只蜱中新型布尼亚病毒核酸均为阴性。结论新型布尼亚病毒在自然界中的动物宿主尚待进一步确定,2010年北京地区鼠类、人类及蜱的监测中尚未发现新型布尼亚病毒的携带,因此北京地区是否存在该病毒的自然疫源地尚有待进一步的深入调查研究。由于北京地区鼠密度相对较低,即使鼠类为新型布尼亚病毒的宿主,它的传播风险也较小。 Objective To investigate the carriage of the novel Bunyavirus among rodents, canines and ticks in Beijing area, to explore the animal host and transmission vector which possibly exists in the nature for the novel Bunyavirus, analyze the possibility of natural epidemic focus place existence in Beijing area for the novel Bunyavirus, and the risk of its transmission, in order to provide the background data and theoretical basis for the prevention of fever with thrombocytopenia syndromes in Beijing. Methods Examine the rodents'and canines'blood sera and ticks gained in five suburb counties of Beijing in 2010 surveillance for the novel Bunyavirus RNA using real-time RT-PCR method to investigate the virus carriage situation. Results 100 animal blood sera, including 19 canines'and 81 rodents'sera samples and 97 ticks tested were all negative for the novel Bunyavirus RNA. Conclusion The animal host of the novel Bunyavirus in nature needs to be further identified. No carriage of this novel Bunyavirus was found in rodents, canines and ticks in 2010 surveillance in Beijing area, therefore whether there is any natural epidemic focus place in Beijing area for this novel Bunyavirus still needs further investigation and study. And even if rodents are the host of this virus, the risk of the transmission for this novel Bunyavirus is also lower in Beijing area because of the low rodent's density.
