植物萜类合成酶1-脱氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸还原酶研究进展 被引量:5

Research Advances in 1-deoxy-D-xylulose-5-phosphate Reductoisomerase,a Key Enzyme in Plant Isoprenoid Biosynthesis

摘要 综述了近年来植物萜类合成酶1-脱氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸还原酶(DXR)的研究进展,指出DXR是萜类物质生物合成途径中的关键酶,从植物中克隆出的DXR基因结构相似,表达于植株的大部分器官中;它们大多与植物体内萜类物质的合成有关,植株体内上调DXR基因有可能增加萜类物质的含量。 The paper reviews the research advances of 1-deoxy-D-xylulose-5-phosphate reductoisomerase(DXR) in plant isoprenoid biosynthesis.As a key enzyme in isopernoid biosynthesis process,the DXR cloned from various plant species showed similar structure and was expressed in most organs of plants;most of them related to the plant isoprenoid biosynthesis,and plant isoprenoid might be increased by up-regulating the DXR.
