摘要
[目的]从分子水平上研究香蕉种质资源的遗传多样性和亲缘关系,建立分子水平香蕉分类系统。[方法]应用SSR技术从分子水平上对32个香蕉品种(系)的遗传关系进行检测。[结果]39对SSR引物在32个品种(系)中扩增带数在4~20个,平均每个SSR座位可检测2.78个多态性带,引物的多态信息量(PIC)在0.45~0.91,平均0.80。依据SSR数据计算的品种间遗传距离在3.06%~43.61%,平均30.73%。[结论]香蕉品种之间存在较为丰富的遗传变异。
[Objective] The genetic diversity and relationship of the banana germplasms were analyzed at the molecular level in order to establish the classification system of bananas at molecular level.[Method] The genetic relationship of 32 banana varieties(lines) was detected with the SSR technology.[Results] The number of amplified band of 32 varieties(lines) based on 39 pairs of SSR primers was ranged from 4 to 20,the average 2.78 SSR polymorphic bands could be detected in each primer site and the polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.45-0.91(average value of 0.80).The genetic distance among varieties was 3.06%-43.61%(30.73% on average) according to the calculation of SSR data.[Conclusion] There was the relatively rich genetic variation among banana cultivars.
